ADAA SAINI (NGD 2017) 

Adaa is a student of Advertising and Marketing and also a professional Makeup Artist. Before the lockdown she was working on two web series. One is for Amazon Prime called 'Dongri to Dubai' produced by Excel Entertainment and the other one is for Netflix, called 'The Actress' by Dharma Productions. As a Makeup Artist, she has worked on a music video 'Gandhi Money' by Divine and the movie 'Bhangraa Paa Lee' which released in January 2020, produced by Rsvp Movies. Being a workaholic, the lockdown was difficult for her but she decided to keep going and held online makeup workshops. She adds that the lockdown taught her patience as she is used to always being on her toes. Her video shows one of the online classes she held.

MALTI BHANDARI (VGD 1967) 

Malti has been intimately involved with Sanawar since her graduation. She finds time to be on FOSS and the Nominating Committee. She has stayed in touch with not only her batchmates but many other people who are twenty years senior and junior to her! All her siblings and a host of cousins followed her into Sanawar. She is fondly remembered as being a bright and naughty junior. After a long career at the Canadian High Commission, her first and last job, she is now retired. She is keenly interested in the Arts and Literature, travels extensively, is an Airbnb super host and runs two B&B's at home. Currently she is involved with several NGO's (ASHA, Shiksha, Chikitsa, Health Inc and Canassist) and follows a spiritual path. During the lockdown, she took to painting and photography! Her batchmates could not imagine the Malti they knew as an Artist! But she has it in her and she used the lockdown to turn 'Lemons into Lemonade' as they say!
